This study aimed to investigate the impact of sport activity satisfaction on organizational factors and organizational culture among public institution employees in an effort to prepare effective measures to improve the organizational factors and organizational culture of the employees in the National Pension Service. As for research method, those who worked in the National Pension Service in Chungcheong, Daejeon Province as of 2018 were selected as the population of the study to determine how the sport activity satisfaction of the public institution workers affected their organizational factors and organizational culture, and then the subjects were selected by convenience sampling. Concerning data analysis, Cronbach alpha coefficients were calculated to analyze reliability, and frequencies, simple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The following major findings were obtained after implementing this study and analyzing the data in the above-mentioned way. First, the sport activity satisfaction of the public institution employees was found to have exerted an influence on organizational factors. Second, the sport activity satisfaction of the public institution employees was found to have exerted an influence on organizational culture.

본 연구의 목적은 공공기관 종사자의 스포츠 활동 만족이 조직요인과 조직문화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이 다. 연구목적에 따른 연구방법은 다음과 같다. 연구의 대상은 2018년 현재 충청도와 대전 지역 국민연금공단 종사자를 모집단으로 설정한 후, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 선정하였다. 자료처리는 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공기관 종사자의 스포츠 활동 만족이 조직요인에 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공공기관 종사자의 스포츠 활동 만족이 조직문화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
