[Purpose] The purpose of the analysis was to provide information to develop and develop safety-conscious education programs for junior golfers by analyzing the effects of controlling safety consciousness between education administration services, service satisfaction and school life satisfaction. [Method] To analyze the effects of controlling education administration services and service satisfaction and school life satisfaction according to the socio-psychological characteristics of safety consciousness control variables, a multi-group structural equation model analysis was conducted. [Result] The results obtained showed that among the lower levels of education administration service, certainty, type and empathy affect service satisfaction, service satisfaction affected school life satisfaction, the effect of modality controlling the impact on service satisfaction showed high safety consciousness stubbornness, and the effect of controlling the effect of service satisfaction on school life satisfaction was higher than that of the lower group. [Conclusion] The effect of controlling the impact on service satisfaction and school life satisfaction in groups with a high sense of safety is large, and it is necessary to strengthen safety education in schools of junior golfers. Especially, sex crimes are on the rise, and the education of awareness and awareness of safety at boarding schools needs to be carried out.

[결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면, 교육행정서비스 의 하위차원 가운데 확신성, 유형성, 공감성이 서비스만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스만족은 학 교생활만족에 영향을 미쳤고, 유형성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과는 안전의식 고집단이 높게 나 타났고, 서비스만족이 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과는 안전의식 고집단이 저집단보다 높게 나타 났다. [결론] 안전의식이 높은 집단에서 서비스만족과 학교생활만족에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 크게 나타 나 주니어 골프선수들의 학교 내 안전교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. 특히 성범죄가 늘고 있고, 기숙사형 골프부 학 교는 안전에 대한 인식과 의식의 교육은 필수적으로 진행될 필요가 있다.
