The purpose of this research is to investigate influence among educational environment of student majoring in cooking, major satisfaction and career preparation behaviors by an analysis. For the field test and verification, the Seoul of university student majoring in cooking from October 1th to October 30th, 2018 were selected as the research objects. The study result is summarized as follows. Educational environment of university student majoring in cooking impacted positively on major satisfaction. Second, major satisfaction of university student majoring in cooking had a positive influence on career preparation behaviors. In conclusion, educational environment of university student majoring in cooking effects major satisfaction. And major satisfaction effects career preparation behaviors. It is anticipated that the research will improve the competitiveness of universities. And I expect the employment of university students to be better by an analysis.

본 연구의 목적은 4년제 조리전공 대학생들을 중심으로 교육환경에 따른 대학생들 의 전공만족이 향후 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관하여 연구하고자 함이다. 본 연 구는 서울지방 4년제 조리전공대학생을 중심으로 연구가 이루어졌으며, 2018년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지의 현장검증을 거쳐 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 교육환경의 하위요인으로는 물리적 환경인 조리시설, 비 물리적 환경인 교육프로그램과, 교수의 능력으로 설정하였으며, 교육환경의 이러한 하위요인들은 전 공만족에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 전공만족의 하위요인 교과과정만족과 학교만족 또한 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 쳤다.
