In this study, we developed vocational value cards for college students through reasonable procedures and methodologies, and checked effectiveness and properness of the vocational value cards for college students. To develop the vocational value cards for college students, we first singled advisory committees out for confirming properness of overall development procedures. The analysis of vocational value was performed from the following three viewpoints. First, we analyzed the existing seven vocational value cards which are currently used in fields. Second, we analyzed the twenty-two references related to the study of vocational value. Third, we analyzed open-questionnaires about vocational value for college students. Based on the three analyses, three career experts including us choose 102 vocational value names and their definitions as the first-order vocational values through processes of evaluation and decision. And then, five advisory committees excluding us reclassified the 102 first-order vocational values based on value area and meaning, and we collected the re-classification results and choose 61 vocational values as the second-order vocational values. Five professionals evaluated the 61 second-order vocational values and their definitions via the delphi technique. As a result, the vocational values score 6.59 out of 7 in average and definitions of the vocational value score 6.58 out of 7 in average, and the professionals confirmed that the selected vocational values are reasonable. Thus, we choose the second-order vocational values as the final vocational values. With the final vocational values, we made 50 sets of vocational value cards. And then, we asked active career advisors for evaluating the cards in terms of representativeness, name, definition and card design. As a result, the developed cards score 4.25 out of 5 in average. Also, 26 college students, who took part in card classification activity using the developed vocational value cards, responded that the number of vocational value cards is proper, names of the vocational value are clear, definitions of the vocational value help to understand the vocational value and the card classification activity also helped to understand the vocational value. Consequently, the developed vocational value cards in this study are effective and proper for career advisors and college students who participate in card classification activity.

본 연구는 대학생용 직업가치카드가 타당한 절차와 방법에 의해 개발되었고, 개발된 직업가치카드가 대학생들이 활용하기에 적절하며 효과적인지의 여부를 검증하였다. 먼저 대학생용 직업가치카드 개발 을 위하여 전반적인 개발과정과 절차의 타당성 여부를 확인하는 자문위원을 선정하였고, 직업가치에 대한 분석은 다음의 세 가지 관점에서 진행되었다. 첫째, 기존에 개발되어 현장에서 활용되고 있는 7종 류의 직업가치카드에 대한 분석을 하였고, 둘째, 직업가치에 관한 연구와 관련된 22개의 문헌에 대한 분석을 하였으며, 셋째, 대학생을 대상으로 직업가치와 관련된 개방형 설문지에 대한 분석을 진행하였 다. 이 세 가지 유형의 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구자를 포함한 3인의 진로전문가의 평정작업을 거쳐 102개의 직업가치명과 각각의 직업가치명에 대한 직업가치정의를 1차 직업가치로 선정하였다. 다음으 로 본 연구자를 제외한 5인의 자문위원 각자가 102개의 1차 선정 직업가치에 대하여 직업가치영역이 비슷하거나 의미가 겹치는 것을 중심으로 재분류하게 하였고, 이것을 본 연구자가 취합한 결과 61개의 직업가치가 2차로 선정되었다. 2차로 선정된 61개의 직업가치와 직업가치정의에 대한 타당도를 5명의 전문가에게 델파이기법으로 평정한 결과 7점 척도에서 직업가치는 평균 6.59, 직업가치정의는 평균 6.58로 평가되어 대체로 타당하다는 의견이 제시되었으므로 2차 직업가치를 본 연구에서의 최종 직업 가치로 선정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 직업가치카드를 실험적으로 50세트를 제작하여, 현장에서 진로상담 을 수행하고 있는 진로상담사에게 직업가치의 대표성, 직업가치 명칭, 직업가치정의, 카드디자인의 적 합성 등에 대해서 5점 척도로 평정하게 한 결과 평균 4.25로 나타났다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발된 직업 가치카드를 활용한 카드분류 활동에 참여한 대학생 26명에 의한 평가 결과 대체로 직업가치카드 개수 가 적당하고, 직업가치의 명칭은 명료하며, 직업가치정의는 직업가치를 이해하는데 도움이 되며, 카드 분류 활동은 직업가치를 이해하는 데 도움이 되었다고 응답하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 직업가치카드는 이를 활용하는 진로상담사와 카드분류활동에 참여 하는 대학생들에게 적합하고 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.
