This study was experiment to obtain basic data on print quality and printability of eco-friendly inks marketed in Korea. The evaluation of the printed quality has been carried out such as the color density of the printing, print-through, trapping, gloss, dot gain of halftone. As a result of the this experiment, the printed color density was similar to the color density range defined in ISO 12647-2. Trapping efficiency also showed good results. And, in the case of halftone dot gain were obtained. satisfactory results in all color inks except black ink. Therefore, we will continue to measure and manage the results obtained in this study and want to help improve the quality of environmentally friendly inks to be developed in the future.

본 연구는 국내에서 시판 중인 친환경 잉크에 대한 인쇄 품질 및 인쇄 적성에 관한 기본적인 데이터를 확보하기 위하여 실험하였다. 인쇄물의 품질의 평가는 인쇄물의 색상 농도, 광택, 뒤비 침, 트래핑(trapping), 망점 확대 등이었다. 본 실험에서 확인한 결과 국내에서 사용 중인 매엽용 인쇄 잉크의 색상 농도가 ISO 12647-2 규격과 유사하게 나타났다. 트래핑 효율도 양호한 결과를 나타내었으며, 망점 확대의 경우에도 K 잉크를 제외한 나머지의 모든 색상에서 허용 오차를 넘지 않았다. 따라서 본 실험을 통해 얻 은 기본 데이터를 근거로 앞으로 개발되거나 개발 예정인 친환경 인쇄 잉크의 인쇄물 색상 품 질 기준으로의 접근이 좀 더 용이할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.
