The purpose of this study is to examine academic performance and relationships based on student interest and to identify differences in personal and contextual interests based on personal characteristics. The study method calculated frequency analysis and percentage in order to examine general characteristics of the study subjects. A one-way variable analysis (ANOVA) was conducted to determine whether the perception of personal and contextual interests differed by general characteristics and to verify the impact between interest and academic performance. The results showed that the individual interest of a hairdresser partly had a significant effect on academic performance, and that emotional factors, an interest in the learning self, had the greatest effect. There are also some significant differences in emotional factors, cognitive factors, and personal factors depending on the number of classes in the school year, experience, and experience in the prize. The situation of a hair major showed a significant impact on academic performance, and it can be interpreted that active participation in class increases academic performance. In addition, there are some significant differences in interest of the study environment, which are the resulting factors, participants, and factors of learning according to grade, actual number of classes, career, and standing experience. This study was designed to provide data to help the education of hair majors by studying how personal and contextual interests of hair majors affect academic performance.

이 연구는 학생의 흥미에 따른 학업성취도와 관계를 살펴보고 개인적 특성에 따른 개인적 흥미, 상황적 흥미의 차이를 알아보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 빈도분석과 백분율을 산출하였으며. 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미요인에 대한 인식이 일반적 특성별로 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 일원변량분석 (ANOVA)과 흥미요인과 학업성취도간의 영향력을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀 분석을 실 시하였다. 연구 결과는 헤어전공자의 개인적 흥미는 학업성취도에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인 되었으며 학습자체에 대한 흥미도인 감정적 요인이 가장 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학년, 실기수업횟수, 경력, 입상경험에 따른 감정적요인, 인지욕구요인, 개인적 요인에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타 났다. 헤어전공자의 상황적 흥미는 학업성취도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며 수업에 적극적으로 참여할 때 학업성취도가 높아진다고 해석할 수 있다. 또한, 상황적 흥미는 학년, 실기수업횟수, 경력, 입상경험에 따른 결과기대요인, 참여요인, 학습환경 요인에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 헤어전공 학생의 개인적 흥미와 상황적 흥미가 학업성취도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하여 헤어 전공 분야의 교육에 도움이 되는 자료를 제시하고자 하였다.
