In this paper, we compared the format and application of logic shown in Mojia's Small Unit, compared to today's mathematical logic. It also compares the logical conclusions shown with today's mathematical logic. The purpose of this paper is to look at the level of logic in the ancient East from the results. We can see that the seven arguments on the logic were excellent in content and logical development compared to today's logic. From this, we can see that Mojia's reasonable and utilitarian spirit has tried to organize concepts on issues such as mathematics and logic. In particular, Mojia argue that mathematical logic is not about winning a dispute with others, but about finding the right truth. The Spring and Autumn War period was a period of political turmoil, but it was the most abundant time in the history of the East as far as ideas were concerned. Mujia, who was born during this period, contributed to the development of mathematics, science, and mathematical logic in the ancient East.

본고는 『묵자(墨子)』의 <소취편(小取篇)>에 나타난 논리의 형식과 적용뿐만 아니라 논리적 판단에 대하여 오늘날의 수리논리학과 비교하여 고대 동양의 논리학의 수준을 살피는 것을 목적으로 한다. 『묵자』의 <소취편>에 있는 7가지 논리학에 대한 주장은 오늘날의 논리학과 비교해도 내용이나 논리적 전개에 있어서 전혀 뒤지지 않았음을 알 수 있다. 이로부터 묵가의 합리적이고 공리론적인 정신은 수학과 논리와 같은 분야의 논쟁에 대하여 개념을 정리하려는 시도가 있었음을 알 수 있다. 특히 논리학이 남과의 논쟁에서 이기기 위한 것이 아니라 올바른 진리를 찾아내는 데 목적이 있음을 말하고 있다. 춘추전국시대는 정치적으로 혼란기였지만 사상에 있어서는 동양의 역사상 가장 풍성한 시기였다. 묵자는 이 시기에 태어나 고대 동양의 수학, 과학, 논리학의 발전에 기여했다.
