본 연구에서는 지진 등의 다양한 자연재해 양상에 종합적으로 대응하는 ‘방재우선대상설정 모델’의 발전가능성 을 고찰하여 후속 연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 방재 대상 건축문화재의 문화재 가치 설정 단계에 서 보다 다양한 관점의 문화재적 가치 기준을 검토해야 한다. 또한 물리적 지표 산정의 범위를 소방방재뿐만 아 니라, 지진․홍수․자연적 구조 및 재료 성능 감소 등 보다 다양한 분야로 확대하고, 상시 모니터링․BIM을 이용 한 계획 및 관리․GIS 등을 활용한 방재지도 작성 등의 종합적 관리 등 방재기술분야의 접목이 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라, 문화재 훼손의 원인 설정의 범위를 물리적 재해와 함께 인위적 범죄행위까지 확장시켜, 건축계획적 차원 에서 관련요소를 적극적으로 도입할 필요가 있다.
