On this survey, the KS-service certification in building Management system is suggested to find the alternative solution for the existing cultural management system. The existing cultural preservation and maintenance management work is confronted with such difficult and durden job environment through facing shortage of professional expert and complicated work process etc,. Therefore, this survey is searching the present condition of domestic cultural management system and KS-service certification system and analysing mutural understanding between two system. By the survey, find a method and suggest a alternative management system to obtain the effective management system for cultural preservation and maintenance organization. Also new system is promoting for the future circumstance using the IT and ICT(Information and communications technology).

본 연구에서는 문화재관리에 대한 문헌조사와 현황을 알아보고 이를 KS서비스 인증이해와 KS서비스 건물 시설관리에 대한 조사를 통해 기존의 문화재관리체계에 적용하는 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 국내 문화재 에 대한 이해를 돕고 KS서비스 인증의 항목과 세부항목 따른 심사항목들을 알아본다. 여기서 문화재관리체 계를 KS인증과 같은 인증체계의 적용으로 관리의 제도권내 유입과 인증을 통해 얻게 될 효과나 향후 발전성 을 함께 연구하고자 한다.
