The purpose of this descriptive research is to get basic data for educational program after investigating convergent effect of psychological capital on learning satisfaction of nursing freshmen. Using SPSS 21, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical multiple regression of the 164 collected data were carried out. The mean scores of psychological capital and learning satisfaction were above the middle, and the 'hope' was the highest among subdomains of psychological capital. There was a positive correlation between psychological capital and learning satisfaction(r=.665, p<.001). School performance(β=.311), school life satisfaction(β=.191) and psychological capital(β=.522) were the significant factors of learning satisfaction in hierarchical multiple regression(F=37.651, p=.004). The explanatory rate of variables on learning satisfaction was 57.4%. It is needed applying these results in developing learning satisfaction programs, but it isn't appropriate to generalize these results conducted on nursing freshmen in one university.

본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 학습만족에 대한 심리자본의 융합적 영향을 확인하여 교육프로그램의 기초자 료를 얻기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 수집된 164명의 자료를 SPSS 21로 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson의 상관계수 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 심리자본과 학습만족은 중간 이상의 수준이었고, 심리자본의 하위 요인 중 ‘희망’ 점수가 가장 높았다. 심리자본과 학습만족 간 유의한 상관관계가 있었고(r=.665, p<.001), 위계적 다중 회귀분석에서 학교성적(β=.311), 학교생활만족도(β=.191) 및 심리자본(β=.522)이 학습만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이었다(F=37.651, p=.004). 학습만족에 대한 변수들의 설명력은 57.4%이었다. 간호학과 신입생의 학습만족 향상 프로그램 개발 시 이들 영향요인을 반영함이 필요하지만, 일개 대학 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 시행된 본 연구결 과를 일반화하는 데에는 제한이 있다.
