Mata Analysis for Verifying the Effectiveness of Cosmetic Program

This study attempted to conduct meta·research on domestic studies applying cosmetic program to verify its effect, and provide guidelines for the study of cosmetic and basic data for program development. As a research method, 19 items related to the analysis of beauty program effect were meta research. As a result, first, The session varied from 1 session to 24 sessions, and was applied in a range from a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 150 minutes. Second, the overall effect size of cosmetic program was 0.813 and the 95% confidence interval was 0.650·0.976. Third, in relation to the effect size according to dependent variables, the effect size of psychological variable was found to be 0.863, the effect size of social variable 0.714, and the effect size of physical variable 0.458. The effect of psychological variable was the highest mean difference effect size over 0.8. Fourth. in terms of the effect size according to the progression methods, the beauty service was found to be 0.793, and the beauty education was 0.799, which showed a high mean difference effect size of 0.8 for both beauty service and beauty education. Fifth, the effect of each session on the operating time was found to be 0.003 and p<.05, and these slope coefficients were found to be statistically significant. Sixth, as for the effect according to the program proceeding session, slope coefficients was found to be 0.008, p>.05, which shows that there is no effect size difference according to the program proceeding session.
