Perception of Job Relevance, Job Comprehension, and Satisfaction Level of Beauty Student before and after Field Practice
초록
영어
This study was attempted to provide basic data necessary to efficiently operate the field practice and enhance the field stress by conducting an empirical study on the difference in jobrelated, professional knowledge-related, and job understanding and satisfaction level of the field-work experience before and after the beauty student's field. The results of the study showed that the post-examination average increased in terms of overall field experience satisfaction, but did not show any statistically significant differences in the head specialist's satisfaction with the post-examination average. After the on-site training, the overall satisfaction level, job relevance, and expertise related improvements were found. Analysis of pre- and post-post changes in the satisfaction of the makeup specialist on the site showed that the average of post-production was reduced, but no statistically significant differences were found. It can be seen that there has been a significant decrease in the understanding and satisfaction level of the curriculum contents by sub-category after field training. Because it seems that this is due to characteristics of each major and field practice companies, it is deemed that follow-up observation and individual interview are necessary.
