This study derives the principle of personality to respond to the 4th industrial revolution through the traditional accounting and review the various theoretical basis to apply them to real education curriculum. In addition, the model and methodology that can be applied to concrete liberal arts curriculum are analyzed in detail. As a result of analysis, we derive the numeracy factors, logical reasoning factors, disciplinary factors, communicative factors, ethical factors, and community factors as core principles of accounting for character education. We also present a systematic model of how these core principles are delivered to liberal arts students through liberal arts accounting. This study will provide many implications for designing future liberal arts curriculum in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in the future.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 흐름을 대응하기 위한 인성원리를 전통적인 회계학을 통하여 추출 하고 이를 실제의 교양교육과정에 적용할 수 있는 여러 가지 이론적인 방향을 검토하였다. 또한 이를 구체적인 교양교육과정에 적용할 수 있는 모형과 방법론에 대하여도 구체적으로 분석하였 다. 분석결과 인성교육을 위한 회계학의 핵심원리로 수리문해적 요소, 논리추론적 요소, 훈육성 요소, 의사소통적 요소, 윤리적 요소, 공동체적 요소을 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 핵심원리들 이 교양회계 방식을 통하여 교양과정 수강생들에게 전달되는 과정을 체계적인 모형으로 제시하 였다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 대비하는 차원에서 대학의 향후 교양교육과정을 설계하 는데 많은 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
