Personality education is an area where a long-term education for self-realization is required, seeking reflection and meaning on life. Therefore, it is necessary to re-arrange the behavior and culture to live in a community of family, school and society, and to communicate the experiences and knowledge of the next generation. For this reason, personality education in the education field is the most important task from the past to the present to the future, and it is an area where the sustainability and practicality of research are required. This study provided opportunities for students to explore human existence and self-examination by participating in the program through practical personality programs that introduce practical education methods necessary for community life. Through this, the goal is to help set the future vision in a desirable direction and the opportunity to experience the elements of desirable personality such as intelligence, sensitivity, morality, and sociability in life. Thus, among non-disciplinary programs, the “character program” is a creative process in which a person's positive interaction, communication, consideration, and sharing will be achieved through various activities and activities. These practical personality programs will also be meaningful not only in their non-disciplinary programs at universities but also in their presentation of models of moral and academic activity in current middle and high schools.

인성교육은 삶에 대한 성찰과 의미를 추구하며 자기실현을 위한 장기간의 교육이 요청되는 분 야이다. 따라서 가족, 학교, 사회라는 공동체 집단을 살아가기 위한 행동양식이나 문화 내용을 재획득할 필요도 있으며, 다음세대로의 경험과 지식을 전달하는 역할도 해야 한다. 그러기 위해 교육현장에서의 인성교육은 과거와 현재, 미래에 이르기까지 무엇보다 중요한 과제이며, 연구의 지속성과 실천성이 요구되는 분야라 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 공동체 생활에 필요한 실천교육 방안을 소개하고 있는 실천인성 프로그램을 통해 학생들이 직접 프로그램에 참여하여 인간실존과 자기성찰의 기회를 제공하고, 사회 속에서 타인 과 더불어 살아갈 수 있는 성장의 기회를 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 지성, 감성, 도덕성, 사회 성과 같은 바람직한 인성의 요소를 삶 속에서 직접 경험할 수 있는 기회와 미래의 비전을 바람직 한 방향으로 설정하도록 돕는데 그 목적이 있다 할 것이다. 따라서 비교과 프로그램 가운데 '실천 하는 인성 프로그램'은 다양한 활동주제와 세부 활동을 통해 긍정적인 상호작용(공감, 소통, 배려, 나눔)과 화합하는 인성의 세계를 실천하는 창의적 인재교육으로서 구체적인 결실을 맺는데 도움 이 될 것이다. 또한 이러한 실천인성 프로그램은 대학에서의 비교과 프로그램으로서 뿐만이 아 니라 현행 중·고등학교에서의 도덕과 수업활동의 모형을 제시함에 있어서도 의미가 있을 것이다.
