This study was intended to understand the impact of the level of teacher attachment on correctional program satisfaction and correctional attitude. In addition, Hirschi(1969)'s main concept of social control theory, attachment, is expected to contribute ultimately to a reduction in recidivism by forming a positive corrective attitude. The data used in this study was "Life experience and awareness survey of the juvenile classification center" conducted by Korean Institute Of Criminology in October 2015, and the final number of samples used in the analysis was 322 excluding the missing data. An AMOS structural equation model (SEM) analysis was conducted to examine the mediate effect of correctional program satisfaction in relation to the teacher attachment and correctional attitude. Studies have shown that the higher the teacher attachment to a probation boy is, the better the correctional program satisfaction is, the more positive the correction attitude is. In addition, the degree of program satisfaction was found to mediate to the relationship between teacher attachment and correctional attitude. The implications of the analysis results are discussed specifically in the text.

본 연구는 소년분류심사원 내 보호소년의 교사에 대한 애착의 정도가 교정프로그램 만족도 및 교정태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. Hirschi의 사회통제이론의 주요 구성개념인 애착은 긍정적인 교정태도를 형성케 함으로써, 궁극적으로는 소년의 재범감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에 활용된 자료는 2015년 10월 한국형사정책연구원이 실시한 ‘소년분류심사원의 생활경험 및 인식조사’이며, 결측치를 제외하고 분석에 사용된 최종 표본수는 322명이다. 본 연구는 교사에 대한 애착과 교정태도의 관계에서 교정프로그램 만족도의 매개효과를 살펴보기 위해 AMOS 구조방정식모형(SEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 보호소년의 교사애착이 높을수록 교정프로그램 만족도와 교정태도가 좋게 나타났으며, 교정프로그램 만족도가 높을수록 교정태도가 긍정적으로 나타났다. 또한, 프로그램 만족도는 교사애착과 교정태도의 관계를 부분적으로 매개해 주는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과와 관련된 함의들은 본문에서 구체적으로 논의된다.
