Trifloxystrobin was a pesticide that caused defensive action against pathogens such as anthrax and aquifers, slowed the aging of plant tissues, and produced both preventive and therapeutic effects of crop pathogens. In general, it was ideal that pesticides should not be decomposed after spraying and remain in the crops, most of the pesticides were synthetic organic compounds, so they disappeared through different decomposition processes and remain in soil or crops. This study was a study on various physiological disorders caused by treatment of Trifloxystrobin with mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus at various concentrations. The fresh weight, pH, and dry weight of mycelia treated with Trifloxystrobin 10ppm and 100ppm on PDB medium were measured. The fresh weight of oyster mushroom treated with 10 ppm in PDB medium was 0.034 g. The weight of the building was found to be 0.003g. The pH was 4.95 in the PDB medium. These results indicate that Trifloxystrobin affects the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus mushroom, and we will confirm genes involved in metabolism and action mechanism of Trifloxystrobin against Pleurotus ostreatus by confirming RNA express level in future study.
