Thiacloprid was a Neonicotinoid pesticide, widely used for pest control of crops, livestock and fish cultures. It was a pesticide that does not affect the growth of bees. However, there was no research on the action mechanisms and metabolism of mushrooms against these pesticides. In this study, various physiological disorders caused by treatment of Thiacloprid with mycelia of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. First, the mycelia of fresh mycelia of the mycelium treated with Thiacloprid and 100 ppm of PDA medium and PDB medium were measured. The fresh weight of oyster mushroom treated with 10 ppm in PDB medium was 0.034 g. The weight of the building was found to be 0.0013g. The pH on the PDB medium was also found to be 4.99. These results indicated that Thiacloprid affects mushroom growth and confirms RNA expression levels in the future to identify the genes involved in Thiacloprid's action mechanism and metabolism in Pleurotus ostreatus.
