The effect of Fungi on salinity was different according to the growth environment of the species. The mycelial life of the marine fungus was active even for salinity of 3.0% or more. The marine fungus was controlled by the difference in the absorption capacity of K ion pump and Na ion pump. In this study, various physiological disorders caused by NaCl concentration treatment were studied in the mycelium of. PH, and dry weight of mycelia treated with 1%, 1.5%, and 2% NaCl in PDA medium and PDB medium were measured. The fresh weight of oyster mushroom treated with 1% of PDB medium was 0.138 g. The weight of the building was found to be 0.003g. The pH was also found to be 4.49 on the PDB medium. These results indicate that NaCl affects the growth of mushroom. Therefore, we will confirm RNA expression levels in future and identify genes involved in the mechanism and metabolism of Na - ion pump for oyster mushroom.
