Since Enterprise Architecture activity is continuously executed towards entire organization to fulfil the enterprise objective, it needs process-oriented organization and systematic IT infrastructure to effectively support the EA management and usage activity. However, previous domestic researches have focused on concepts and methodologies for building EA, and there are little efforts for field case studies about EA management and usage. In this paper, we introduce an EA case being good at management and usage, so contribute to effective EA concept and building activity. Specifically, we present EA management infrastructure by architecture organization and man power, and integration case of EA Management System with various legacy management systems for information, program, data, human resources, and so on.

EA(Enterprise Architecture) 활동은 기업 목적을 달성하기 위해 조직 전반을 대상으로 지속 적으로 수행되어야 하는 특성 때문에 비즈니스 프로세스를 대상으로 조직화하며 이를 효과적으로 지 원하기 위한 체계적인 IT 인프라를 필요로 한다. 기존 EA 관련 연구들은 체계적인 IT인프라 구축 및 활용보다는 개념과 방법의 제시에 많은 비중이 할애되어 있으며, 실제적인 사례 연구나 이론적 연구 가 부족하다. 본 논문은 EA 관리와 활용에서의 우수 도입 사례를 소개함으로써 효과적인 EA 개념 정 립과 구축 활동에 기여하고자 한다. 구체적으로, EA 거버넌스를 위한 조직과 인력을 정비하고 수행 업무를 명시함으로 지속적인 EA 관리 및 활용이 가능한 기반을 구축하고, 업무정보화관리시스템, 프 로그램변경관리시스템, 데이터품질관리시스템, 인트라넷, 인사관리시스템, 통합자원관리시스템과 연계 함으로써 실질적인 EA 활용이 가능하도록 한 사례를 제시하였다.
