With the spread of mobile commence, the use of mobile service is on the increase. The mobile payment has also played an important role in the mobile service. Based on the previous studies of user resistance, this paper has been introduced six factors, complexity, security, participation degree, the attitude towards existing product, uncertainty and negative social influence. Structural observation for the influence of this factors on the mobile payment through perceived risk has been summarized. Firstly, the security and participation degree will have a negative influence on the perceived risk, which is the otherwise for the complexity, uncertainty, the attitude towards the existing product and the negative social influence. Secondly, the perceived risk have a positive influence on the user resistance. The scheme for encouragement of mobile payment was proposed.

모바일 상거래의 확산에 따라 모바일 서비스의 사용이 증가되고 있으며, 모바일 서비스 중에서 모바일 결제서비스는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 모바일 기기를 이용한 모바일 결제 시스템의 이용에 대한 사용자 저항에 대한 연구를 위해, 기존 선행연구들로부터 복잡성, 보안성, 관여도, 기존제품에 대 한 태도, 불확실성 그리고 부정적 사회영향의 여섯 가지 요인을 도출하고, 이러한 특성들이 지각된 위 험을 경유하여 결제 시스템 저항에 미치는 영향력 관계를 구조적으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 보 안성과 관여도는 지각된 위험에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 복잡성, 불확실성, 기존 제품에 대한 태도, 부정적 사회영향은 지각된 위험에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 지각된 위험은 사용자저항에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 모바일 전자결제 사용을 늘리기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
