This paper presents a framework for analyzing the effects of newly introduced information systems based on the process mining techniques. The framework enables a quantitative comparison and analysis of legacy systems and new systems in process oriented perspectives. In addition, a configuration tool for understanding and identifying a variety of variables is presented. Process mining can be utilized for evaluating the performances of information systems because it provides various functions such as process discovery, performance analysis, and pattern analysis. This paper proposes a new method for quantitatively analyzing and comparing the effects of a newly adopted information system and its corresponding existing information system. We hope the framework and configuration tool could be utilized in various industries.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 구축 효과를 분석하기 위한 방안으로 프로세스 마이닝 기법 기반 의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 새로운 정보시스템의 도입 효과를 기존에 사용하던 정보시스템과 프로 세스 관점에서 정량적으로 비교 분석 가능한 프레임워크를 설계하고, 시스템 변화에 따른 다양한 변 수들을 파악하기 위한 설정 도구를 소개하였다. 프로세스 마이닝은 정보시스템에서 발생한 로그와 트 랜잭션 기록 등을 바탕으로 프로세스 관점에서 다양한 성과 분석과 패턴 분석 등을 수행할 수 있어 정 보시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위한 도구로 활용 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 활 용해 기존 시스템과 신규 시스템의 성능을 비교 분석함으로써 정보시스템 도입효과를 정량적으로 검 증하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 제안된 프레임워크와 설정 도구는 다양한 산업 분야에서의 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
