Development of Integrated information systems and weapon systems are becoming more and more important according to an introduction of Network Centric Warfare (NCW) concept. Common software component and shared services are considered as the technical foundation of system integration and interoperability. Although the Ministry of National Defense standardizes a component development methodology and sets up a common component management organization, the registration and reuse of defense common components is unsatisfactory. Despite proposing various methodologies for identifying common services or components, The activities and tasks of the methodologies are not detail and case studies concerning with military domain are rare. This study proposes an identification methodology of common service components based on defense Enterprise Architecture (EA) and CBD (Component Based Development) artifacts. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed methodology through a case study.

네트워크 중심전(NCW) 개념 도입에 따라, 정보체계와 무기체계의 통합시스템을 구축하는 것 은 더욱 더 중요해 지고 있다. 공통 소프트웨어 컴포넌트와 공유된 서비스는 체계통합 및 상호운용성 을 달성하기 위한 기술적 기반으로 고려되고 있다. 국방부는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론을 표준화하고 공 통 컴포넌트를 관리하는 조직을 구성하였지만, 공통 컴포넌트의 등록과 재사용 실적이 미흡하다. 그것 은 컴포넌트 및 서비스를 식별하는 다양한 방법들이 제안에도 불구하고 공통 서비스 컴포넌트를 식별 하기 위한 활동 및 작업이 구체적이지 않고, 국방 도메인을 고려한 사례가 부족하기 때문이다. 본 논 문은 EA를 기반으로 한 공통 서비스 컴포넌트 식별과 국방 레거시 체계의 CBD 산출물을 활용한 서 비스 컴포넌트 식별 방안을 제안한다. 그리고 제안 방안의 효용성을 보이기 위해 국방 업무에 공통서 비스 컴포넌트 식별 방안을 적용한다.
