Domain engineering concept is presenting a system development way to have been applied in order to solve these problems, but it is with considering enterprise everyone to be a bit hard. Therefore, it is a blueprint of organization, and this paper is going to propose the information system development model which applied an engineering way to three phases to have been based on with an enterprise architecture to be able to do. After a development way develops business of an enterprise, an application, data, a technical side enterprise reference model through enterprise engineering, and developing an enterprise architecture about a key assignment with an early base carries out domain engineering with an early base in a thing and at the same time to develop each domain assets use assets generated in a domain engineering step through application engineering at the same time to raise a reusability with developing an information system an align between integration of an information system, interoperability, business and information systems can develop an ensured high-quality excellent information system.

지금까지 개발된 많은 정보시스템들은 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처에 기반을 둔 방법으로 개발되지 못 함으로 인해 조직의 시시각각 변화하는 요구를 수용하지 못할 뿐 아니라, 업무와 시스템간의 정렬성, 정보시스템의 통합성, 상호운용성, 재사용성, 정보시스템 관리 등에 많은 문제점을 야기시켰다. 이러 한 문제를 해결하기 위해 도메인 엔지니어링 개념이 적용된 시스템 개발방법을 제시하고 있으나, 엔 터프라이즈 전체를 고려하기에는 다소 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 조직의 청사진이라 할 수 있는 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처를 기반을 둔 3단계 엔지 니어링 방법을 적용한 정보시스템 개발 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 개발방법은 엔터프라이즈 엔지니어 링을 통해 엔터프라이즈의 비즈니스, 어플리케이션, 데이터, 기술측면의 엔터프라이즈 참조 모델을 개발하고, 이를 기반으로 핵심과제에 대한 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처를 개발한 후 이를 기반으로 도메 인 엔지니어링을 수행하여 각각의 도메인 자산을 개발함과 동시에 도메인 엔지니어링 단계에서 생성 된 자산을 이용하여 어플리케이션 엔지니어링을 통해 정보시스템을 개발함으로 재사용성을 높임과 동시에 정보시스템의 통합성, 상호운용성, 비즈니스와 정보시스템간의 정렬이 보장된 고품질의 우수 한 정보시스템을 개발할 수 있다.
