The one of things considered recently for global flow is intellectual property including patent. Therefore Patent has actively researched. In the patent IR, almost researchs bring keyword into focus, that one of example is NLP (Natural Language Processing). Actually, the kewords of patent is important because this one decide right of patent. And It is true that studies of petent topology are not enough. Unlike traditional web search environment, Patent network has feature of time series becase of reference network, and also referece rules differ from country to country. It is imposible to analysis using one reference network including whole kind patent. In this paper, we introduce new patent network as patent informations convert heterogeneous information network that all kind patent can expressed, and compute patent similarity. finally we suggest new homogeneous network that is non reference network.

전 세계적으로 변화하고 있는 흐름 중에 공통적으로 꼽을 수 있는 것 중 하나로 특허 및 지식 재산권의 중요성이 증대되었다는 점을 들 수 있다. 이러한 특허에 대한 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특허 검색에서의 대부분의 연구는 특허 자체의 키워드들을 중심으로 하여 자연어 처리 등의 방법을 이용하고 있다. 물론 특허의 본질 자체가 단어가 가지는 포함 관계 및 그 단어에 해석에 특허의 범위 가 결정될 만큼 키워드가 중요하나 특허 네트워크 구조 정보에 관한 연구는 미흡한 것이 사실이다. 기 존의 웹 검색과는 다르게 특허의 네트워크 구조는 이전 특허를 참조하도록 하여 시계열 구조를 띄고 있으며 이 또한 나라별로 상이하여 각 나라별특허를 하나의 프레임 워크로 분석 하기란 불가능한 일 이다. 본 연구에서는 이종 네트워크(Heterogeneous Information Network)를 통하여서 각 나라별 특 허 모두 하나의 네트워크로 표현 가능하도록 소개하였고 이를 통해 특허별 유사도방법을 제안하였다. 또한 실험을 통하여 기존의 키워드 분석방법 보다 해당 방법이 가지는 장점을 실험을 통해 살펴보았다.
