Recently in the middle of 4th industrial revolution, it seems like digitalization in business is essential to corporate success and it's core is digital leadership in corporate executives so that we define and study what are the factors of digital leadership and find each constructs for corporate competitiveness and sustaining growth. This study understand the factors such as resources, change management, technical savvy, and vision sharing can affect corporate IT project output and overall business performance. This study shows 4 factors including a traditional leadership factor, resource and a digital leadership factor, technical savvy, have meaningful affection to IT project output and business performance.

근래 4차산업혁명을 중심으로 기업의 디지털화가 기업성공의 열쇠로 대두되고 있는 현시점에서 디지털리더십에 대한 고찰의 중요성이 높아지고 있는바 기업가의 디지털리더십의 요인들을 파악함으 로써 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 지속가능 성장을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 동력으로서의 역할을 감당할 수 있 다. 본 연구는 디지털리더십의 요인으로 파악된 자원관리, 변화관리, 기술적 통찰력, 비전이 기업의 IT 프로젝트의 성공과 기업의 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 디지털리더십의 요체를 파악하였 다. 연구 결과, 전통적 리더십 요소인 자원지원과 더불어 디지털리더십 요소인 기술적 통찰력을 포함 한 4가지 요인들이 IT성과에 유의미한 영향을 주고 IT성과가 기업의 사업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 확인되었다.
