This study aims to suggest the policy implications by analyzing factors affecting the whole life cycle of information system use intention, use, IT performance. The research model was designed by integrating UTAUT and IS success model, consists of information mind, education, facilitation conditions, use of new IT system, utilization of business IT system, information system quality, efficiency of business process and BSC side IT performance. The results using the empirical data of the SME information level survey showed that facilitation conditions have the greatest influence on the use of new IT system, utilization of business IT system, efficiency of business process, and IT performance. The utilization of business IT system has a positive effect on the efficiency of business process, along with information mind, information system quality, finally influence IT Performance through the efficiency of business process. The results of the moderating effects of SMEs and large corporations showed that information mind, education, and use of new IT system affect utilization of business IT system by company size. This study are expected to contribute to the policy for the utilization and improvement of new information systems in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

본 연구는 정보시스템 이용의도와 이용, 정보시스템 성과에 이르는 전체 생명주기에 영향을 미 치는 요인을 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 모델은 UTAUT와 정보시스템 성공 모 델을 통합하여, 정보화 마인드, 정보화 교육, 촉진조건이 신규 정보시스템 이용의도와 이용, 업무 정보 시스템 활용, 정보 시스템 품질을 매개하여 업무프로세스 효율화와 BSC측면 IT 성과에 미치는 영향 을 분석하였다. 중소기업 정보화 수준조사를 이용한 연구 분석 결과에서 촉진조건이 신규 정보시스템 이용과 업무 정보시스템 활용, 업무프로세스 효율화, IT성과에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 업무 정보시스템 활용은 정보화 마인드, 정보시스템 품질, 교육과 병행하여 업무 프로세스 효율 화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 업무 프로세스 효율화를 통해 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중소기업과 대기업의 조절효과 분석에서 정보화 마인드, 교육, 신규 정보시스템 이용이 기업 규모에 따라 업무 정보시스템 활용에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연 구가 4차 산업혁명 시대의 신규 정보시스템 이용과 활용, 성과 향상을 위한 정책에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
