Information resource management is essential in the process of promoting public informatization projects. It is possible to build efficient e-government by managing ICBAMS new technology, which is continuously increasing through information resource management. The emergence of new technology requires new information resource management, but it is a reality that standards and system for new technology management are not provided. In this study, we confirmed the application of new technology from the actual person in charge of new technology business and derived strategy and method for next generation information resource management. Especially, we proposed 3 kinds of information resource management system such as EA - based information resource componet, IRM management system and revision of reference model for EA utilization, introduction of new technology and utilization guide.

정부는 공공정보화사업을 추진하는 과정에서는 도입되는 정보자원을 EA에 기반하여 체계적으 로 관리해오고 있다. 최근 4차산업혁명 등 급격한 정보기술의 발전으로 ICBAMS 등 신기술의 적용 이 증가하고 있다. 이에따라 공공정보화사업에서의 ICBAMS 신기술을 효율적으로 관리해야할 필요 성과 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공공정보화사업에서의 신기술 적용 현황을 분석하고 이 를 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 정보자원 관리 전략과 방안을 제시하였다. 특히, 정보자원관리를 위한 방안으로 EA 기반 정보자원 구성요소 도출, 신기술을 포용할 수 있는 정보자원 관리체계와 EA 참조 모델 개선, 신기술 도입 및 활용가이드 마련 등 3가지 전략을 제시하였다.
