The research was conducted to look at the theoretical background of ethical aspects of creative writing—learning ethics and research ethics —and to try to conceptualize creative ethics by drawing suggestions based on the actual issues of creation and education and research processes. Learning ethics are generally referred to as “rules and virtues that anyone who studies” and research ethics combine with “principle or behavior that researchers should follow in conducting research.” In the literary and creative fields, the government has examined the possibility of calling them “creative ethics”. Thus, it could be summed up into the concept that “creative ethics mean the principles and patterns that artists who create literature, including learning ethics and research ethics that they must follow in the creative process.” Most important, especially for the realization of creative ethics, is that if you bring in another person’s work, you must work hard to conform to the purpose and manner of the quotations, and you need to pay special attention to the originals. Therefore, from undergraduate programs in literary creation to graduate schools, a curriculum to teach basic knowledge and meaning about copyright and creative ethics must be established.

이 연구는 문예창작 분야에서의 윤리적 측면－학습윤리와 연구윤리－을 중심으로 이론적 배경과 함께 실제 창작 및 교육・연구 과정에서의 문제점 이 무엇인지 살피고, 이를 바탕으로 시사점을 도출함으로써 창작윤리의 개 념화를 시도하고자 진행되었다. 일반적으로 학습윤리는 “공부하는 사람이 라면 누구나 지켜야 할 규칙과 덕목”을, 연구윤리는 “연구자가 연구를 수행 하면서 지켜야 할 원칙이나 행동양식”을 뜻하는바, 문예창작 분야에서는 이 를 합쳐 ‘창작윤리’로 불러도 무방함을 살펴보았다. 그리하여 “창작윤리란 학습자로서 지켜야 할 학습윤리와 연구자로서 지켜야 할 연구윤리를 포함하여 문학작품 등을 창작하는 예술가들이 창작과정에서 반드시 지켜야 할 원칙이나 행동양식을 뜻한다.”는 개념으로 정리할 수 있었다. 특히 창작윤 리의 실현을 위해 가장 중요한 것은 다른 사람의 저작물을 가져다 쓰는 경 우 인용의 목적과 방식에 부합하도록 노력을 기울여야 하며, 출처표시에 각 별히 주의할 필요가 있다는 점이다. 따라서 문예창작 분야의 학부과정에서 부터 대학원에 이르기까지 저작권 및 창작윤리에 대한 기초지식과 의미를 가르칠 수 있는 교과 과정이 반드시 마련되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.
