Socialist culture with Chinese characteristics originates from China's excellent traditional culture. The Book of Songs is the source of Chinese culture. The primary standard of the aesthetics of musicality and gustation in The Book of Songs is‘He’ (和,harmonious). The ‘He’ concept had a significant influence on promoting the harmony between human and god, building the mild character, establishing the concinnous interpersonal relationship during the Zhou Dynasty.
