The novel “Ford 1927” was published in May 1956 by Masaru Kobayashi. The problem of this book was noted as the “nearly the only talented new born of democratic literature” in the late 1950s, and even though it was in the context of literary writers representing the time, researchers representing Japan should “review” until 2008. The novel “Ford 1927” is a scar that dates back to the origins of the war that lasted until August 1945, adding a variety of historical imagination to the multi-layered space structure of Masaru Kobayashi. This creative act was intended to challenge the newly emerging postwar system, taking charge of the time of war that lasted from the time he was born to 1945, Masaru Kobayashi, the second ruler of colonial Joseon in 1927. Since some time ago, the term “Asia-Pacific War,” or 15-year-old war, has become more common. Given the fact that this situation is not very long ago, I would like to think that Masaru Kobayashi is responsible for a multi-layered literature project based on the existing term of Pacific War.
