The study was conducted for athlete supervisor and tutor teachers in Gangwondo for the purpose of exploring the meaning of practical parts based on the experience of running school sports team and the direction that school sports teams should pursue in the future. The research was conducted from July to November of 2018 and in-depth interviews were conducted between September and October, explaining the research details and building trust with researchers from July to September. Data collection was obtained through interviews with participants in the study, personal interviews were conducted, and data were collected through additional interviews. Voice files collected through semi-structured interviews were transferred to the Hancom file, and data analysis was conducted through content analysis and specialist's consultation was performed to guarantee reliability and school administrators of this research to secure truth about analysis contents and processes. In-depth analysis of the collected data resulted in 11 sub-categorical words were drawn about 31 meaning units and finally 4 core words were extracted. Through the result of analysis, The first is the lubricating oil for the school sports operation, and the second is the obstruction of the school sports operation. Thirdly, professional sportsmen have been shown to block growth, fourth and school sports teams' direction, the third category is about the realities of school sports operation, and the fourth category is about the direction the school Sport teams should pursue.

본 연구는 강원도 특수학교 운동부 감독 및 지도교사를 대상으로 학교 운동부 운영의 경험을 토대로 한 현실의 의미와 앞으로 학교 운동부가 추구해야 하는 방향성에 대한 탐색을 목적으로 실시하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하 여 강원도 내 특수학교 7개교 중 6개교 8명의 감독 및 지도교사를 대상으로 2018년 7월부터 11월까지 연구를 실시하 였으며, 7월~9월까지는 연구자와의 신뢰 형성 및 연구 내용 설명, 9~10월까지 심층면담을 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 연 구 참여자들과 면담을 통해 얻었고, 일대일 개인면담을 실시하였으며, 부족한 부분에 대해서는 추가 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 반구조화 된 면담으로 수집된 음성파일은 한글 파일로 전사하여 진행하였고, 자료의 분석은 질적 연구 방법 중 하나인 귀납적 내용분석(content analysis)으로 진행하였다. 분석 내용과 과정에 대한 진실성을 확보하기 위해 특수 체육 전공 박사 학위 소지자 2인, 학교 행정 전문가 1인과 연구자간 회의를 통해 진행하였다. 수집된 자료의 심층 분석 결과 31개의 의미 단위에 대하여 11개의 하위 범주가 도출되었고, 최종적으로 4개의 핵심 주제어가 도출되었다. 학교 운동부 운영의 현실과 방향성 탐색을 의미하는 4개의 핵심주제어는 첫째, 학교운동부 운영의 윤활유, 둘째, 학교운동부 운영의 가로막, 셋째, 전문 스포츠인으로 성장의 가로막, 넷째, 학교 운동부의 방향성으로 나타났으며, 이 중 세 번째 범 주까지는 학교 운동부 운영의 현실에 대한 내용이고, 네 번째 범주는 학교 운동부가 추구해야 하는 방향성에 대한 내용 을 담고 있다.
