The purpose of this study was to explore and structure the factors of pre - performance anxiety experienced by Taekwondo pilot team. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, 122 members of the taekwondo demonstration team, affiliated with the World Taekwondo Federation, the Korea Taekwondo Federation and the Korea Flagship Association, conducted an open survey on the following members of the Taekwondo team. Prior to the demonstration of the Taekwondo Demonstration Team, the anxiety factors were structured into 25 detailed areas, 25 detailed areas were psychological anxiety (152), physical anxiety (85), technology performance anxiety(80), and environmental anxiety (94), teamwork anxiety (68), intimate person’s perception anxiety (36), stage equipment anxiety (16), Seven general areas were divided into internally controlled and externally uncontrolled areas. Out of the seven general areas, psychological anxiety (28.63%) was the highest, followed by environmental anxiety (17.70%), physical anxiety (16.01%), technology performance anxiety (15.07%), and teamwork anxiety (12.81%), intimate person’s perception anxiety (6.78%), stage equipment anxiety (3.01%). if we understand the anxiety factors that the members actually feel before the demonstration

본 연구는 태권도 시범단원이 경험하는 공연 전 불안요인을 탐색하고 구조화하는 것에 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 세계태권도연맹, 대한태권도연맹, 국기원에 소속되어 있는 태권도 시범단에서 활동하는 단원들 122명을 대상으로 개방형 설문을 실시하여 내용을 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 태권도 시범단원의 시범공연 전 불안요인은 25개의 세부영역으로 구조화하였고, 25개의 세부영역은 심리적 불안(152), 신체적 불안(85), 기술 수행 불안(80), 환경적 불안(94), 팀워크 불안(68), 주요타자 의식 불안(36), 소품 및 장비 불안(16)의 7개의 일반영역으 로 구분되었다. 7개의 일반영역은 내적으로 통제 가능한 영역과 외적으로 통제 불가능한 영역으로 구분하였다. 7개의 일반영역 중 심리적 불안 (28.63%)이 가장 높은 비율을 보였으며, 환경적 불안(17.70%), 신체적 불안(16.01%), 기 술수행 불안(15.07%), 팀워크 불안(12.81%), 주요타자의식 불안(6.78%), 소품 및 장비 불안(3.01%)의 순으로 비 율이 나타났다. 지금까지의 연구 결과 내용과 같이 태권도 시범단원들이 시범공연이라는 특수한 상황에서 느끼는 불안 은 다양하게 나타났다.
