The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career athlete selection and career satisfaction after retirement and to determine the effect of career type, career choice, and career preparation on career satisfaction. 50 retired shot players were selected for the unemployment team athletes and the convenience sampling method was used. The results of this study are as follows: First, career decision - making attitude and career decision attitude, which are sub - factors of career type, do not affect career search, which is a sub - factor of career selection effort for career choice after retirement. The results of this study suggest that career decision making has a significant effect on career preparation, but career decision attitude has no effect on career preparation. Second, career decision-making attitude has a significant effect on career satisfaction, but career decision-making attitude does not affect career satisfaction. Third, many behaviors for retirement after retirement did not affect career satisfaction. Finally, the effects of career selection effort on career satisfaction showed that career - seeking activities, career counseling activities, and career preparation efforts which were career selection efforts after retirement were not influenced on career satisfaction.

본 연구는 사격선수들의 은퇴 후 진로선택과 진로 만족에 관한 영향을 알아보고 진로선택에 필요한 진로 유형과 진로선택노력, 진로준비행동이 진로 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하기 위해 2010년부터 2017년 사이 은퇴 한 사격선수들 중 실업팀 선수들을 대상으로 50명을 추출하여 편의표본추출법을 이용하였다. 분석으로 얻은 결과는 첫 째, 진로유형의 하위요인인 진로의사결정태도와 진로결정태도가 은퇴 이후 선택할 진로에 대한 진로 선택 노력의 하위 요인인 진로 탐색에는 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로 선택 노력의 하위요인인 진로상담에는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진로의사결정태도는 진로준비노력에 유의미한 영향을 미치지만 진로결정태도는 영 향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로의사결정태도는 진로만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 진로결정태도는 진로 만족에 영향을 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 은퇴 이후 은퇴한 선수들이 전환할 직업에대한 필요한 준비를 위한 많은 행동들이 진로 만족에 영향을 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 진로선택노력이 진로 만족에 미치는 영향은 은퇴 이후 진로선택노력인 진로탐색활동, 진로상담활동, 진로준비에 대한 노력들이 진로 만족에 대해 영향이 못 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
