In order to specify structural relationship of career determining self-efficacy on career preparation behavior of collegiate Taekwondo demonstration athlete, this study performed a survey targeting 455 college Taekwondo demonstration athletes registered on the Korea Taekwondo Association in 2017-2018. Data was collected and processed with SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The study results can be summarized as below. First, The ability to achieve the goal of a college Taekwondo demonstration athlete did not affect the career preparation behavior. Second, The self-assessment efficacy of a college Taekwondo demonstration athlete has not affected the career preparation behavior. Third, The problem-solving effectiveness of a college Taekwondo demonstration athlete has affected the career preparation behavior. Forth, The Information collection efficiency of a college Taekwondo demonstration athlete has affected the career preparation behavior. Fifth, The a sense of effectiveness in planning of a college Taekwondo demonstration athlete has affected the career preparation behavior.

이 연구는 대학 태권도 시범선수의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 관계를 규명하고자 2017-2018년 대한태권도협회에 등록된 대학 태권도 시범선수 455명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문에 대한 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0 및 Amos 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 탐색 및 확인적 요인분석과, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하여 다 음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 대학 태권도 시범선수의 진로결정자기효능감 가운데 문제해결효능감이 진로준비행동 에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 태권도 시범선수의 정보수집효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 태권도 시범선수의 계획수립효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷 째, 대학 태권도 시범선수의 목표달성효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대학 태 권도 시범선수의 자기평가효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
