The purpose of this study was to diagnose the problem of Artistic Gymnastics(AG) training and to elucidate the task areas for the activation of AG in Korea. To accomplish this goal, open-ended questionnaires were administered to all gymnastics coaches. From the questionnaires, 65 data sets were collected, and 63 of the data sets were used for analysis. The Krkwic software program was used for keyword cleaning and to calculate the co-occurrence frequency. In order to conduct a keyword network analysis, Netminer 4.0. was used. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the task area for the grievance of coaches who are teaching gymnastic athletes was derived as coach area, training area, and result area. Second, the task area for fostering excellent athletes was derived as a player 's area and a training area. Third, the task area for expanding the base of artistic gymnastics was derived from the promotion area and the contest holding area. Fourth, the task area of the central sports organization for the development of the AG was derived as the coach area, the competition area, the facility area, and the official area.

이 연구는 우리나라 기계체조 지도자를 대상으로 기계체조 종목 육성에 대한 문제를 진단하고 기계체조 종목 활 성화를 위한 과제 영역을 도출하는 것에 목적이었다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한체조협회에 등록된 지도자 전수를 연구 대상으로 개방형 설문을 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통하여 수집된 65 개의 데이터 중 63 개의 데이터가 분석에 사용 되었다. Krkwic 소프트웨어 프로그램을 활용하여 키워드 정제 및 동시발생 빈도를 산출하였고 키워드 네트워크 분석 을 수행하기 위해 Netminer 4.3. 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기계체조 선수를 지도하고 있는 지도자들 의 고충을 해결하기 위한 과제 영역은 지도자영역, 훈련 영역 및 성과영역으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 기계체조 우수선수 육 성을 위한 과제영역은 선수영역과 훈련영역으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 기계체조 저변확대를 위한 과제영역은 홍보영역과 대회개최 영역으로 도출되었다. 넷째, 기계체조 체조발전을 위한 중앙경기단체의 과제영역은 지도자영역, 대회영역, 시 설영역 및 관계자영역으로 도출되었다. 추후 국내 기계체조 선수육성 및 활성화를 위하여 도출된 각 과제영역에 대한 개선방안 마련이 요구된다.
