The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among personal service quality, participants’emotional response and lesson satisfaction of golf Instructors. Using a convenience sampling method, 247 participants were selected from golf driving range located in Seoul. Collected data the underwent frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, structural equation model analysis by using SPSS Window 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs. The results are the followings. Firstly, it was discovered that the personal service quality had static influence to the participants’emotional response. Secondly, participants’emotional response statically affected the lesson satisfaction. Third, it showed that the personal service quality gave positive influence to the lesson satisfaction.

본 연구는 골프지도자의 인적서비스품질과 참여자의 감정반응, 강습만족 간의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있었 다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울지역에 소재한 골프연습장 참여자 247명을 대상으로 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상 관관계 분석, 구조적 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 골프지도자의 인적서비 스품질은 참여자의 감정반응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여자의 감정반응은 강습만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프지도자의 인적서비스품질은 참여자의 강습만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다.
