The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individualized education program(IPE) and teaching experience on pre-service early childhood special education teachers’self-efficacy towards inclusive physical activity. To achieve the purpose, students with intellectual disabilities(ID) and physical disabilities(PD) were selected. The number of participants was 174. Furthermore, three groups were used for this study. Group 1 did not get any training Group 2 took only IEP training. In addition, Group 3 had IEP training and teaching experience for children with disabilities in physical activity classes. To measure the self-efficacy scores of students with ID and PD, SE-PETE-D was used. To analyze data, one-way ANOVA was used. To perform posthoc test, Tukey was used . The results of the study showed that IEP training and teaching experience had a statistically significant positive effect on self-efficacy towards the students with both ID and PD. In addition, the result of post-test showed no significant difference in the level of self-efficacy between the group 1 and 2, However, there was statistically significant difference between group 3 and other groups.

이 연구의 목적은 개별화 교육 계획(IEP) 교육과 장애유아 신체운동 지도경험이 예비유아특수교사의 통합체육 에 대한 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 예비유아특수교사들이 지도 할 확률이 높은 지적･지체장애아동으로 대상을 특정하였다. 연구 참여자는 174명이었고 IEP 교육과 지도경험의 유무 에 따라 총 3개의 집단으로 구성하였다. 그룹1은 IEP 교육을 받지 않은 집단이고 그룹2는 IEP 교육을 받은 집단이었다. 또한 그룹3은 IEP 교육을 받았으며 지도경험도 있는 집단이었다. 설문도구로는 지적･지체장애유아의 지도에 대한 자 기효능감을 측정하기 위해 예비교사의 통합체육에 대한 자기효능감 척도(SE-PETE-D) 중 지적･지체장애학생 관련 문항을 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위해 일원변량분석을 사용하였고 사후검증은 Tukey 검증을 사용하여 수행하였다. 연 구결과로는 IEP교육과 지도경험은 지적･지체장애 유아의 통합신체운동 대한 자기효능감에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 사후검증 결과 그룹1과 그룹2는 자기효능감 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았고 그룹3은 그룹1･2 모 두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.
