This study deeply analyzed what is the policy proposals and measures of the Taekwondo Jeonju Transportation Bill and the Leadership Movement Law, and mentioned in detail the problems. For the protection and upbringing of the physical education facility business, various physical education facilities meeting the facility standard prescribed by the Presidential Decree should be raised and solved by the Parliament Act. The Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs should reorganize proposals regarding the amendment of the Enforcement Regulations of Passenger Transportation Business Act and the Road Traffic Act, so as to find a realistic countermeasure against the legal problems related to the driving of school cars. Therefore, the Taekwondo Chartered Transportation Act and the measures to take measures against the leader-moving laws should be followed by the policies and measures by the experts to take concrete measures to improve the policy.

이 연구는 태권도장 유상운송 법안 및 지도자 동승법 정책적 제안 및 방안이 무엇인지를 심층적으로 분석하였고 또 어떠한 문제점이 있는지를 상세히 언급하였다. 이는 태권도장 유상운송 법안 및 지도자 동승법 대책강구 정책 및 방 안에 대하여 다음과 같은 연구의 결론을 도출할 수 있는데 이는 다음과 같다. 체육시설업의 보호와 육성을 위하여 대통 령령으로 정하는 시설 기준에 맞는 각종 체육시설로서 차량운영에 관한 유상운송 법안 및 지도자 동승법을 국회 법안에 상고하고 반드시 제고하여 해결하여야 한다. 국토교통부가 여객자동차 운수사업법 시행규칙 일부개정령안 및 도로교통 법 규정에 관하여 제안서를 재정립하여 통학차량운행과 관련된 법적문제의 제기에 관한 현실적인 대응방법을 강구해야 할 것이다. 따라서 태권도장 유상운송 법안 및 지도자 동승법 대책강구 정책 및 방안이 추후 구체적인 정책 개선방안을 제시하기 위해 법안에 대하여 전문가들과 심도 있는 논의가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
