The study aims to identify how participation in sitting volleyball , a representative team sport that requires mutual cooperation and organizational activity, affects the self-acceptance and effectiveness of the disabled. To achieve this goal, structured questionnaire was collected through convenience sample extraction method for adults and women who had delays in participating in the wheel-chaired volleyball. Data processing of survey tools was analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 statistical program, and a significant level of α=.05. It is verified in 05. Factor analysis and Cronbach's α were conducted for feasibility and reliability testing, and the frequency analysis was performed to explain individual characteristics. The correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted to identify the relationship between each factor. Through these methods and procedures, the following conclusions were drawn from this study. First, it shows that the participation attitude of the sitting volleyballhas significantly affected the self-acceptance. Second, it shows that the participation attitude of the sitting volleyballhas a significantly affected the effectiveness of the organization. Third, self-acceptance of the handicapped has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the organization.

이 연구는 상호간의 협동심과 조직적 활동이 요구되는 대표적인 팀 스포츠 종목인 좌식배구 참여활동태도가 지 체장애인들의 자기수용과 조직유효성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 생활체육 좌식배구에 참여하고 있는 지체장애를 가지고 있는 성인 남･여를 대상으로 총 189부의 자료를 수집하 였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 이용하여 분석하였으며, 유의수준 은 .05로 하였고 각 요인간의 관 계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애인의 좌식배구 참 여태도는 자기수용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지체장애인의 좌식배구 참여태도는 조직유효성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지체장애인의 자기수용은 조직유효성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
