This study aims to identify the more effective improvements for organization management by proving the causal relationship between the interaction fairness and organization citizen behavior according to the organizational culture awareness of the participants in physical leisure activities, and it emphasizes the necessity of physical leisure activities to enhance the organization performance. First, the organizational culture awareness of the participants in physical leisure activities is found to have a significant effect on interaction fairness. Second, the organizational culture awareness of the participants in physical leisure activities indicates to have a significant effect on organization citizen behaviors. Third, the interaction fairness is revealed to have a significant effect on organizational citizen behaviors. Taken all together, organizations should increase the organizational culture awareness of their members by seeking various ways for their members to engage in active physical activities. In addition, it is necessary to build the organizational climate that satisfies all the managers and members of the organization by establishing a desirable fairness obtained from the physical leisure activities and fostering a stable relationship of the organization.

이 연구는 신체 활동적 여가 참여자의 조직문화인식이 소속한 조직과의 상호작용을 증진시키고, 바람직한 시민 행동의 결과로 나타난다는 것을 규명하고자 하였다. 첫째, 신체 활동적 여가 참여자의 조직문화인식은 상호작용공정성 에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체 활동적 여가 참여자의 조직문화인식은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상호작용공정성은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 종합하여 볼 때, 조직들은 구성원들이 적극적인 신체활동을 영위할 수 있는 다양한 방법들을 모색하여, 구성원들의 조직 문화인식을 높여야 한다. 또한 신체활동 여가로 인해 얻어진 바람직한 공정성을 성립하고, 조직의 안정적 관계형성을 활성화시키는데 노력하여, 관리자와 조직의 구성원들이 모두 만족할 수 있는 조직 풍토를 만들어야 할 것이다.
