The research was designed to present policy measures for developing the content of sports services according to the technical classification system of the sports service industry, and to achieve this goal, the literature survey, the Delphi and the AHP The results from the above methods of study are as follows: Technical classification of sports services is divided into three sections (Sports Information and Communication Services, Sports Content Services, Sports Knowledge Services) and 13 divisions (ICT-based Sports Network, Ubiquitous/SNS based sports services. As a policy method for developing technology for sports contents services, the policy for developing sports broadcasting/content convergence technologies, and the policy for IT convergence and sports service development for advanced sports

이 연구는 스포츠산업의 핵심영역인 스포츠서비스산업부문의 기술분류체계에 따른 스포츠서비스 콘텐츠 개발 을 위한 정책방안을 제시하고자 하는 목적이 있으며 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 문헌조사, 델파이 기법과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process 계층화분석)조사 방법을 활용하였고, 소분류기술에 대한 정책요인의 대한 타당도 (CVR), 신뢰도(Crombach'ɑ)검증을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 스포츠서비스 기술 분류체계를 대분류 3개(스포츠정보통신서비스, 스포츠콘텐츠서비스, 스포츠지식서비스), 중분류 13개(ICT 기반 스포츠 네트워크, 유비쿼터스/센서 기반 스포츠 서비스, SNS 기반 스포츠 서비스, 빅데이터 기반 스포 츠 서비스, 스포츠 방송 /콘텐츠 제공 서비스, 스포츠 영상분석 서비스, 스포츠 멀티미디어 서비스, 연구개발 서비스, 스 포츠융합서비스, 인적자원 역량 개발 서비스, 마케팅 서비스, 스포츠 교육 서비스), 소분류 64개로 기술 분류체계를 확 립하였다. 스포츠콘텐츠서비스 기술개발을 위한 정책방안으로 첫째, 신산업 선도국가로의 도약을 위한 스포츠 방송/콘 텐츠 융합 기술 개발을 위한 정책 , 둘째, 스포츠 선진화를 위한 IT융합 체감형 스포츠서비스 기술 개발을 위한 정책, 셋 째, 스포츠영상분석 기술 개발을 위한 정책, 넷째, e-스포츠 콘텐츠 기술 개발을 위한 정책 등으로 나타났다.
