The purpose of the Regulations was to explore the requirements of the College Physical Education through the application of the Standards for the National Service Ability (NCS). In order to achieve such research objectives, a content analysis was conducted to assess the applicability of cultural sports using in-depth interview techniques to groups of experts involved in this study from October 2017 to April 2018. The conclusions drawn from the above research methods are as follows: A total of 363 responses were drawn from the analysis of factors that examined cultural education requirements applied with the national standards for job competency. The inductive categorization analysis based on a total of 363 responses resulted in a total of eight divisions and three large areas. Among the eight middle classes, 'Diversity of Class', 'Changes in Curriculum' and 'Economic knowledge acquisition' were grouped into 'Studying of Curriculum' and 'Adjusting the Difficulties of Class'

이 연구는 국가직무능력 표준(NCS)적용을 통한 대학교양체육의 필요조건 탐색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었 다. 이와 같은 연구목적 달성을 위해 2017년 10월부터 2018년 4월까지 본 연구과 관련된 전문가 집단을 대상으로 심층 면담 기법을 이용하여 국가직무능력 표준을 적용한 교양체육 적용 가능성 평가를 위한 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위 해 관련 전문가들에게 사전에 전화 및 메일링을 통하여 본 연구에 참석할 의사를 타진하였고, 참여의사에 동의할 경우 전문가 집단 참여를 부탁하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법을 통하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 국가직무능력표준을 적용 한 교양체육 필요조건 탐색 요인 분석 결과 총 363개의 반응을 이끌어 냈다. 총 363개의 반응을 바탕으로 귀납적 범주 분석을 실시한 결과 총 8개의 중영역과 3개의 대영역을 도출할 수 있었다. 8개의 중영역 중 수업 종목의 다양성, 학점구 조의 변화, 이론적 지식습득은 교과과정개편 이라는 대영역으로 묶음화 되었고, 수업의 난이도 조정, 평가방식, 수업운 영방식이 구조화 되면서 기능주의 탈피라는 두번째 범주로 구성되었고, 끝으로 사회적 요구 수용은 뉴 스포츠도입과 학 생문화수용을 포함한 영역으로 설정 되었다.
