In order to analyze and learn more about the value of IT usage amongst conferences, this paper examines how conference IT value along with conference value itself has an impact on the satisfaction of conference participants by collecting data from the ICIS 2017 which was held in Seoul, South Korean in 2017. The academic study attests that the conference IT value positively influences the conference participants’ satisfaction, but it does not necessarily engage in a significant correlation with the conference value.
