Recently, Global Shale gas development has expanded, increasing shale gas production has transformed the energy market.As a result of the reduction of energy facilities, in order to overcome the management deterioration of domestic casting valve industry and enter the enlarged shale gas plant, tried to confirm the SWOT factor through the second questionnaire based on the questionnaire survey of related industry experts and previous studies. As a strength-strategy, presented three factors besides collaboration with domestic companies, suggested four factors including product development specialized in shale gas plant as a weakness complement. 최근 셰일가스 개발이 확대됨에 따라 셰일가스 생산의 증대로 에너지 시장이 변화되고, 전통에너지 플랜트 설비 축소로 이어지게 됨에 따라 국내 주조 밸브 산업의 경영악화를 극복하고 확대되는 셰일가스 플랜트 진입을 위하여 관련 업계 전문가 설문조사와 선행연구를 바탕으로 2차 설문을 통하여 SWOT 요인을 확정하고자 하였다. 강점활용전략으로 국 내플랜트사와의 협업 외 3가지 요인을 제시하고, 약점보완전략으로 셰일가스플랜트에 특화된 제품개발 외 4가지 요인을 결 과로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 업계의 새로운 에너지설비시장 진입을 위해 내외부 환경요인 분석 및 전략수립을 제언한 것으 로 학문적, 실무적인 시사점을 제공한다. 향후 본 연구에서 도출된 전략에 대한 중요도를 분석하고, 중요도의 순위에 따라 기업에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구 하고자 한다.
