[Purpose] In this research, the physical surroundings of the professional golf tournament is satisfied with spectators and presents the significance of participation of the company as a title sponsor through investigating the influence on the image of the title sponsor, and its purpose is to expand its participation. [Method] It surveyed 350 male and female spectators over the age of 20 at KLPGA tournaments and the remaining 293 samples are used as valid samples, except for insincere and incomplete 57 samples. Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) and Structural Equation Model Analysis(SEM) are conducted to derive results by using of SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. [Result] The results are as follows. First, accessibility and aesthetics among physical surroundings are significantly influence upon spectator satisfaction. Second, spectator satisfaction is meaningful influences on title sponsor image. Third, accessibility, aesthetics and displays among physical surroundings are positively influence upon title sponsor image. [Conclusion] Therefore, in order to improve its image, physical surroundings, especially accessibility, aesthetics and displays, need to careful consideration. From this point of view, the results of this research can be used as a basis.

[목적] 본 연구는 프로골프대회의 물리적 환경이 갤러리 만족 및 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 미치는 영향 규명을 통해 타이틀스폰서로써의 기업참여의 유의성을 제시하여 그 참여의 확대에 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 본 연구를 위해 대한민 국 프로골프대회 중 KLPGA의 공식 대회에 관람객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며 그 중 직접 참석한 20세 이상의 성인 남녀 갤러리 350명으로부터 설문지를 수거하였으나, 이중 불성실하거나 설문의 응답이 완료되지 못한 57부를 제외한 293부를 최종 유효 표본으로 사용하였고, 결과 도출을 위해 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 등을 실시하였다. [결과] 연구결과, 첫째 물리적 환경의 접근성과 심미성 요인은 갤러리 만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 갤러리 만족은 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물리적 환경의 접근성, 심미성, 전광판 요인은 타이틀스폰서 이미지에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 타이틀스폰서 이미지 제고 위해서는 물리적 환경, 특히 접근성과 심미성, 전 광판에 대한 고찰이 필요하며, 이러한 관점에서 본 연구 결과가 하나의 근거로서 활용될 수 있다고 본다.
