[Purpose] This study is to provide a variety of information for the golf course management strategy by exploring the effect of the golf course choice attributes on revisit intention and identifying the role of caddy service. [Method] For the analysis of the results, 23 factors were derived through FGI, respectively, and a total of 209 valid questionnaires were obtained for the customers who had experience using the golf course. The analysis used frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability and validity test, regression analysis and three step regression analysis. [Result] The five golf course choice attributes and the two caddy service factors were found to have a positive effect on the revisit intention, respectively. And, indirect support of caddy service was partially mediated except play factor and revisit intention, and direct support was all partially mediated. [Conclusion] These results suggest that preference investment is needed for factors directly related to play among optional attributes in the golf course management viewpoint, and that caddy services also need to be strengthened in their ability to directly relate to play.

[목적] 이 연구는 골프장 선택속성이 재방문 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지와 함께 이들의 관계에서 캐디 서 비스 만족의 역할을 규명함으로써 골프장 경영전략 필요한 다양한 정보를 제공하고자 하는 것이 그 목적이다. [방법] 결과 분석을 위해 선행연구 검토와 FGI를 통해 각각 23개의 요인들을 도출하였으며, 이를 골프장 이용경 험이 있는 고객들을 대상으로 총 209부의 유효설문지를 획득하였다. 분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 신뢰도·타 당도 검증과 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석 및 3단계 매개회귀분석을 활용하였다. [결과] PCA결과 도출된 5개 골프장 선택속성과 2개 캐디서비스 요인들은 각각 재방문의도에 정(+)의 영향이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 캐디서비스 중 간접지원은 플레이요인과 재방문의도 간을 제외하고 모두 부분매개하며, 직접지원은 모두 부분매개하는 것으 로 확인되었다. [결론] 이런 결과는 골프장 관점에서 선택속성 중 플레이와 직접 관련이 있는 요인들에 대한 우선투 자가 필요하며, 캐디서비스 또한 플레이와 직접 관련이 있는 역량을 강화할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사하였다.
