[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to classify viewing satisfaction of golf gallery(visitor) by applying the three-factor model of customer satisfaction. [Method] To verify the research problem, a questionnaire survey was conducted from 19 October to 22 October 2017 for a gallery visited the Jeju Club Nine Bridge where the PGA competition was held. A total of 155 replies were analyzed. [Result] According to the results, “Health related Satisfaction(Relieve Stress, Relaxation, Physical Health, Be Assimilated with Nature)” is identified as basic factors; “Facilities and Service Satisfaction(Kindness of Operator, Effective Match of the Operation Team, Golf Course Facilities, Golf Course Atmosphere and Environment)” and “Primary Satisfaction(Contents, Competition between Players, Excitement of a Golf Tournament)” are performance factors; “Educational Satisfaction(Swing Skills, Putting Skills, Golf Manners, Golf Rules)” is performance factors. [Conclusion] This study not only makes theoretical contributions to the study of golf gallery but also offers practical suggestions for a golf tournament operator.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프대회 갤러리의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 관람만족도를 고객만족 세요인(기본, 실행, 감동요인) 모델을 이용하여 분류하였다. [방법] 연구문제 검증을 위해 PGA 대회가 개최된 제주도 클럽나인브릿지 를 방문한 갤러리를 대상으로 2017년 10월 19일부터 10월 22일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고 회수된 설문지 총 155 부의 응답을 분석하였다. [결과] 분석결과 기본요인은 건강 관련 만족도(스트레스 해소에 도움, 기분전환에 도움, 신체적 건강에 도움, 자연과 동화되는데 도움), 실행요인은 시설⋅서비스만족도(경기 운영 요원의 친절, 운영 팀의 효율적 시합 진행, 골프 경기장 편의시설, 골프 경기장 분위기와 환경)와 본원적만족도(골프 경기 내용, 선수 간 치열한 경쟁, 골프 경기의 박진감), 감동요인은 교육만족도 요인(스윙 기술 습득에 도움, 퍼팅 기술 습득에 도움, 골프 매너 습득에 도움, 골프 규칙 습득에 도움)이 해당되었다. [결론] 본 연구의 결과는 골프대회 마케터나 기획 가에게 어떤 관람만족도가 전반적 만족도를 증가시키는지 또는 감소시키는지를 파악하는데 중요한 근거자료가 될 수 있고 골프대회 갤러리 행동특성 연구에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.
