The study used the cultural patterns of cultural theory to analyze the cultural patterns of professional dramas based on groups and grid. Because it would be easier to understand the dynamic relationship between individuals and groups within the organization through cultural types analysis of the organization of dramas that are familiar with our lives. To summarize the analysis results: First, in the groups appearing as the main backgrounds of the professional dramas studied, cultural types were included, even though they were dominant in their hierarchical, egalitarian and cultural types, and even in their respective cultures. Second, the small roles(special appointment examination room, stone wall hospital, argon team, etc.) to which the main character of a professional drama belongs are mostly of the egalitarian culture type. But the professions of the drama, the prosecutors, doctors, and reporters’ properties also revealed a classicism culture, and the Special Investigation Office, which carefully described the ‘Special Quality Assurance Inspection Zone’ under the control of the prosecution, a corporate organization.

본 연구는 전문직드라마에서 나타난 조직을 대상으로 문화유형을 분석하였고, 문화 분석틀은 문 화인류학자인 Douglas가 제기하고 정치학자인 Wildavsky가 발전시킨 문화이론(cultural theory)의 집 단과 망(규제/영향)을 기준으로 적용하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 우리의 생활과 친숙한 드라마의 조직 을 대상으로 한 문화유형분석을 통해 조직 내 개인 간 및 집단 간의 역동적인 관계성을 더욱 이해 하기가 쉬울 것으로 보기 때문이다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 연구대상인 전문직드라마에 나타난 조직의 문화유형은 계층주의 문화유형이 지배적이지만, 운명주의 문화유형, 평등주의 문화유형 그 리고 개인주의 문화유형까지도 포함하는 복합적이고 다면적인 문화유형이 존재하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 전문직드라마의 주인공이 소속된 소조직(특임검사실, 돌담병원, 아르곤팀 등)은 대부분 평등주의 문화유형에 속한다. 하지만 드라마의 전문직 즉 검사, 의사, 기자의 특성상 계층주 의 문화가 드러나기도 하며 특히, 공조직인 검찰의 규제를 받는 <비밀의 숲>의 ‘특임검사실’은 공사 영역을 신중하고 명료하게 구분하는 특징을 가지고 있는 계층주의 문화가 두드러지게 나타났다.
