This study analyzes the current state of social innovation firms that are becoming a new alternative in response to the national task, job creation and regional economic activation and to suggest a plan for the reorganization of the curriculum of commercial high school in Chung-nam. This study examines the concept of social innovation companies, the current state of Chungnam area and its role in the local economy, and analyzes the current status of the schools and departments of commercial high schools in Chungnam area. In addition, we held a briefing session on SWOT analysis of social innovation companies and social workers and teachers related to department reorganization. The curriculum was derived through explanations of the social services field and the course of the NCS management course, followed by analysis of the job model. As a result of the study, it is necessary to establish the foundation of social welfare services in the NCS basic subjects, and the subjects of social enterprises, entrepreneurship, cooperatives, and village enterprises. In addition, the basic courses and practical courses indicate that the curriculum can be sufficiently constituted by the management and finance subjects currently established in the NCS field Therefore, it will be possible to carry out activities such as the development of the road map of the future course, the development of the textbook, the development of the NCS practical skill unit, and the MOU with the social innovation company in the region.

본 연구는 현재 국가적 과제인 일자리 창출과 지역경제의 활성화와 맞물려 새로운 대안으로 자 리매김하고 있는 사회혁신기업의 현황을 분석하고 이와 접목하여 수도권이 아닌 충청남도에 존재하 고 있는 상업계 특성화고등학교의 사회서비스 관련 학과의 개편을 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 과정은 사회혁신기업에 대한 개념과 충남지역의 현황 및 지역경제에서의 역할 등을 살펴보 고, 충남지역에 소재하고 있는 상업계 특성화고등학교의 학교 및 학과 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 학 과 개편과 관련하여 사회혁신기업의 SWOT분석과 사회혁신기업 관계자 및 현직 교사를 대상으로 설명회를 개최하였다. 사회서비스 분야에 대한 설명과 NCS 경영분야 교육과정을 설명한 후 직무모 형분석을 통하여 교육과정을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 사회서비스 분야와 관련하여 현재 NCS기초과목에 있는 복지서비스의 기초를 포함하 여 고시 외 과목으로 사회적기업, 기업가정신, 협동조합, 마을기업의 과목개설이 필요하다. 또한 기 초과목과 실무과목은 현재 NCS분야에 개설된 경영 금융 교과목으로 충분히 교육과정을 구성할 수 있음을 나타내었다. 따라서 향후 학과 로드맵의 개발과 교과서개발 및 NCS 실무교과 능력단위 개 발, 지역내 사회혁신기업과의 MOU등의 활동을 수행하여 학과 개편을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.
