This paper is a study to prevent electric shock accidents due to failure of handhole. The increase in urbanization has led to an increase in the undergroundization of electrical installations. If a fault occurs in the connection of the underground connection box during flooding, an electric shock may occur. Therefore, we have developed a system to prevent accidents by generating an alarm when leakage occurs, and proved its performance.

본 논문은 지중접속함의 고장에 의한 감전사고를 방지하기 위한 연구이다. 도시의 미관과 안전을 위해 전기설 비의 지중화가 증가하고 있으며, 침수시 지중접속함 접속부에 고장이 발생되면 감전사고를 발생시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 침수시 누전이 발생되면 경보를 발생하여 사고를 예방하는 시스템을 개발하고 실험하여 그 성능을 입증하였다.
